You’re looking for someone who will support your vision and goals, instead of repeating the same messages you’ve heard over and over about what your sex life or relationship “should” look like.
Authenticity is important to you, and you want to be your full self in the therapy room and know that all aspects of your identity are seen and valued.
You see therapy as a space to discuss, process and explore your experiences, and an opportunity to learn practical skills to create the change you desire in your intimate life.
Sound familiar? Then you're in the right place.

Something has been “off” or different in your sexual life, and you don’t know what to do about it. The excitement you once felt about sex, the orgasms you’re used to, or the orgasms you’ve only ever dreamed about now eludes you. You and your partner just can’t seem to get on the same page about how often to have sex, and someone’s feelings are always getting hurt when one of you is uninterested.
Maybe you have no difficulty desiring sex, but sometimes you’re too nervous, distracted, or “in your head” to fully enjoy the moment. Instead of thinking about pleasure, your thoughts are consumed by questions like": “Will my erection last?” Am I lubricated or wet enough?” “Am I even doing this right? The performance anxiety is REAL and getting in the way of you having the sex you desire and deserve.
You desire more authenticity in your sexual experiences and identity. You have fantasies, preferences, and curiosities but no idea how to live them out or talk about them with other people. You want to be free to explore non-monogamy, kink, gender identity, or sexual orientation but don’t know where to start.
Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy that centers on the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of your sexual identity and experiences.
It can be difficult to discuss such an intimate and typically private part of your life, especially with a stranger. I make every effort to provide a space where my clients can gradually become more comfortable with being vulnerable as we identify and progress toward your goals. If you have a concern that you don’t see listed here, that doesn’t mean sex therapy can’t help. I offer free consultations where you can share more about your concerns, learn more about my approach, and together we can determine if we’re a good fit.

You’ve experienced sexual abuse or assault recently or even decades ago that has completely changed your worldview.
You’ve been struggling to trust yourself, your intuition, or your loved ones, and just when you think you’re “fixed”, here come those pesky trauma triggers, memories, and flashbacks again. Time and time again, you’ve heard it said that your assault was not your fault, but those messages have yet to make the guilt or shame you feel go away.
Now, you’re ready to take the first, or 1,000th step toward reclaiming your power, pleasure, and life.
No two survivor experiences are exactly alike so while your story is not mine, and mine is not yours, I have firsthand awareness of how therapy can help.
Together, we can explore your experiences with sexual violence or trauma and the lasting impact on various areas of your life including relationships, self-esteem, and pleasure. We’ll talk about goals or what you like to see changed as a result of therapy and collaborate on creating a plan to get you there.
Talking about traumatic events can be challenging, so we’ll spend plenty of time discussing how to handle any triggers or other difficult experiences during your therapy journey.

I am currently an in-network provider with the following companies
Aetna (except Aetna Duke Basic and Aetna Duke Select)
All other insurance plans are accepted on an out-network basis. Clients using out-network benefits may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance provider for session costs.
At the Naked Truth, we believe your mental health is a worthy investment; at the same time, we don't believe that therapy should cause additional financial stress. Therefore, we offer several ways to make therapy more accessible.
1. Clients who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance benefits are eligible for a reduced rate based on household size and annual household income.
2. Group therapy is a highly effective form of shorter term therapy. This means you get the same benefits at a lower cost. Reduced rates are available for group therapy as well.
3. We partner with organizations that are also committed to making mental healthcare more accessible:
The Orange County Rape Crisis Center funds at least 18 therapy sessions for survivors of sexual violence.
Fund Recovery supplements client contribution to therapy costs; you pay what you can, and they handle the rest!
If you have questions about accessing any of the above resources, please contact us at Connect@ceethesexlady.com
I’m committed to helping individuals and couples heal and experience pleasure in their intimate lives. You can think of me as a tour guide on your journey to your best sexual self. I’m not here to dictate what your sex or relationship life should look like; instead, I help you (and your partner) take practical steps toward YOUR vision for intimacy and pleasure.
I draw on my background in sexual and reproductive wellness, sex education, and a combination of therapy styles to create an approach that’s tailored to your needs and goals. This may include exploring the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and actions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/CBT), delving into the early attachments in your life and your emotional processes (Emotionally Focused Therapy/EFT), and working with the mind-body connection (somatic therapy) and other strategies.
While the exact plan to reach goals is different for every client, you can always count on therapy with me being trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I intentionally view all my clients holistically. That means we’ll discuss other aspects of your identity including race, ethnicity, religion/spirituality, and (dis)ability that may impact your intimate life.
